Completely unimpressed with the Rewards Bazaar experience

Yikes! What happened there Sephora...once again my reward gets yanked from my shopping cart while checking out. Smiley Sad 

 

This is so obnoxious. I refreshed the page and the Jouer palette reward still showed up as in-stock for several minutes but I kept trying to add it to my cart but when I put it in, it told me it was out of stock. How many were there anyways, 2? Do you know how many people live in Canada? 

 

Guys...for reference I couldn't have taken more than 15-20 seconds from the reward showing up to adding it to my basket and trying to check out. Do they have bots removing these or something? What the heck this is so glitchy... 

 

I had a big order in my basket ready to go but I put it all back due to this BS. So sick of it.

I agree totally!! I called Customer Service Tuesday when this happened to me and my order. I was told just wat it closely and get on at 9am PT and try again! Well I did get on before time, added to my full basket, then it was gone in 10 seconds. I’m so beyond frustrated. Either reward us or don’t but you have to have only offered a handful for them to go so quickly.

So frustrating!  They won't do anything.  They sold me spoiled lipstick twice and started ignoring my emails when it happened the second time.  They're customer service is severely lacking along with their "awards program."

The same exact thing happened to me with the same reward. This happens to me every Tuesday and Thursday, I see a reward that looks good put it in my cart only to get the out of stock notification. I have only successfully received one reward over 750 points.
