Complaningt about Sephora Customer Service its the worst

Honestly this is the 3rd time that i call to check on my package, i place an order for the second time in my life and every time its the worst. I usually go on sephora store and purchase everything in person, but sometime with work can get really hard.

I spent over than $300.00 and it says 3 business day, i place my order yesterday and they took my money already of course and the STATUS ITS PENDING** i read only that usually ships the next day... so i call just to make sure this is normal, and guess what ? the super 3 friendly REP that they answer my call told me that they dont have any idea when my package will be sent and that ive been calling 3 time ,  they were cutting me off without giving me any explanation, of COURSE ILL CALL BACK if the answer are i don't know. Really? they did not even care about me as a customer, so i just cant believe that SEPHORA being such a huge company has this type of people answering the calls, THIS IS HOW SEPHORA TAKES CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMER ?? i bought a lot from sephora and spent a lof of money and it feels so frustrated not to be heard and not being taking care as a customer ...  speechless...

I'm very sorry to hear this! If you placed an order with Standard 3-Day Shipping the total delivery time including processing time will take 4 business days. Your order will only start to process the next business day if the order was placed by 11:59 PM PT. I’m so sorry that this happened to you. Do you have flash shipping? Usually when you order in the middle of the week you’ll probably get it by Saturday depending if you have flash or not and I do see that youspend over $50 to get your free shipping but you still have to wait 3 to 5 business days depending on when you placed your order. Unfortunately you’re going to have to keep calling until you get the perfect rep! SeanJohn is very helpful and he always helps me with my orders or a mess up. Unfortunately if you’re not on top of this they’re not going to be...THATS FACT you’re going to have to keep calling until you get-your answer. I did notice that the customer care center is very rude and this is why I deal with on line or email because I get a better experience. I am very sorry that this did happen to you and I REALLY HOPE they take their time and consideration to look into this and she did drop $300 on to this order!!
