Complaint store experience!!!

I am shopping with Sephora for a long time, I never had that bad experience like today. All girls must be know, sometime we bought lots of things we always use. I bought a make up remover from sephora. I never open it since last week. That is only for eye make up remover. I am not the person use it everyday. So I bought it for a while but only open until last week. The pumps is not working, I went to Chinook center location in Calgary last week, the employee said they need me bring the product back. It is really far from my home. I am able to make my trip today. First, the cashier  Muslima really rude open my product and leaking everywhere. I thought they will exchange another one for me, so i didn't say anything. After check, they don't have the product. She check my purchase said it has been long time ago we can't do anything. You can go shoppers to buy a pump by yourself. Excuse me? I pay the full price to buy a defect product, and I have pay another dollars to pay by myself? I ask to talk to manager, but she called a "manager on duty" Jayden to talk to me without any solution. My problem today is to get the replacement for the defect pump, not exchange or return. He couldn't help and try to push the responsibility to me. I said again, I want to talk to your manager. Instead of manager, he found a Loss provension lady name Jessica to fight with me. She start with a really bad attitude, and tell me the policy. Fully with rude and discriminate attitude and loud voice at the end. She offer me to go to Dollars store to buy a container to put my things in. I didn't see their manager until the end.  Again, I DONT WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE. I just need to get a good condition product. Their customer servise really really bad. It is really disappoint experience in store.
