I did a google review on my first experience entering a Sephora store .

something needs to be done with the staff not acknowledging customers especially me. I feel like they help which ever they want to help making me feel like I don’t belong in the store. Just a very uninviting atmosphere for my personal experience.

Worst customer service .
Was planning to get some Christmas presents at the Sephora store and I had everything I wanted to get on my phone that was on the Sephora website.
1. No one came up to me for assistant
2. I was overwhelmed with finding what I needed as I was looking through the god damn store.
3. I had to be the one asking for help but didn’t get the help I needed. I overheard they had the product I was looking for but wasn’t on sale because it was a Black Friday deal when on the website it was posted as a gift set!! (Too faced more than meets the eye duo)
4. Some of the staff needs to learn how to act professional as I’ve seen them talking with each other and not acknowdging customers.
It was my first time entering a Sephora store and my first experience was horrible . Will not be returning to this store. If I could give this store no stars I would.
