Com'on Sephora... samples?

So a lot of people (including me) are complaining that they're not receiving any samples at all in their online orders. What is Sephora doing to fix this? Is this the new normal?

I sincerely apologize about this. We're currently aware of our ongoing samples issue and we hope to resolve it with our Distribution Centers soon. I'll be sending you a private message shortly to assist with your missing samples.
