ColorIQ is not working

Hi y’all,

My ColorIQ in my profile is not the right shade, and whenever I try to go in and change it, 

it doesn’t let me! If I go into my app and add my foundation shade, it doesn’t actually change it. I was wondering if anybody knows any way to fix this?
