Color IQ

Hi!

In December, I go to the store and got my colour IQ.

why I don’t see it in my profile?

Hi @K4t4,

 

Please check your Beauty Preferences in your account, then scroll down to the Color IQ section to see if it's saved there. If you don't see it, I'd recommend visiting the store again so they can assist with finding your Color IQ and make sure it's saved.
