Color IQ

I completed my color IQ skin testing in store at Sephora yesterday…. I was told my results would be available on the app and there would be a list of skin care products and foundations shades recommended for me based on the results of the color IQ…. But I can’t find any recommended products anywhere… help!

Hi @andreahere I'm so sorry you're not seeing it on your account! If the store matched you to a particular foundation, I recommend using our shade finder tool here:

Additionally, on your next store visit, I suggest having a Beauty Advisor re-scan you and before leaving, making sure it is reflected on your account. Thank you and I'm sorry for the trouble!
