Color IQ

Hello, went to the store to get my color IQ but didn't get an email and I don't know how to see my shades. Anyone knows if it takes a while to get the email? Thanks,

@jenniferjim1981 @I got the email right away. Did you give them your phone number before she did the scan? You can also see the color IQ on your profile page under beauty preference.

I gave the girl my phone number which is in my profile, is not showing under my beauty preferences

I talked to costumer service and they said to wait until tomorrow and if I don’t get it to call the store to see if they can do something.

I'm sorry about this, @jenniferjim1981! I'd recommend checking your spam/junk folders if you haven't already. If you can't find the email, I'd suggest checking with the store to see if they might have a way to resend it to you.
