Color IQ disappeared?

Hi,

Does Sephora still support Color IQ? My profile still has my Color IQ listed, but whenever I try to click a link to in one of the previous conversations here to get to the Color IQ page, I'm redirected to the foundations page, with no mention of Color IQ at all.

Thank you for the prompt response.

Unfortunately, the shade finder has frequently led me to shades that don't match my skin tone, and in-store I often feel pushed to immediately purchase whatever they sample on me, causing my anxiety to flare up.

In addition, the Color IQ feature was very useful for people who lived far from a Sephora store, had a disability, or otherwise lacked transportation and/or access.

I'm disappointed that it's been discontinued, and hope corporate might reconsider.

My color IQ number is now also deleted from my account page, so I can't even search for matches this way. The shade finder is bringing up colors that I know don't match my undertone.

I completely agree with you. I have had no luck with the shade finder and I am disappointed that they took the color IQ away. I also wish they kept a longer record of purchases. I rotate foundations and now I cannot find the color of one I used 3 years ago in my history as it only goes back 2 years now. Someone told me about a site called findation that's supposed to be helpful. Think I am going to give it a whirl and hope that it's less disappointing than Sephora's shade finder.
