Color IQ color match was wrong

I had my Color IQ color matched at a Sephora store. She didn't tell me the number  but told me it was a warm color. I had my doubts because I've always been told I'm a cool color. She tried a warm color on me and told me it was too warm and tried a different color on me that was a cooler color and it worked. But now whenever I try to find a foundation color on the website it tries to match me with the warm color that I know is wrong. How do I change my color IQ code on the website so it gives me the right shades?

To save your new Color IQ number you can visit the Color IQ page here > https://www.sephora.com/color-iq.  Please note that you must be logged in your account first.  Then scroll down to the, "Already Have A Match" section and click, "Save your number".

Hi @Moinky,

If you believe your current ColorIQ number is incorrect, I recommend visiting your local Sephora store for assistance with finding your correct number. If you know of another foundation brand/shade that is a fitting match for you, you can look it up in the ColorIQ system to reverse look-up its corresponding ColorIQ number.

Unfortunately, if you have already saved an incorrect ColorIQ number to your account, this cannot be deleted or edited. However, you can always add a new ColorIQ number to your account, and the new one will automatically become your default. I hope this helps. 🙂
