Color IQ/Shade Match errors

Hi, I've been trying to add my shade match for a while without success, and I've tried all the methods I could find to fix it. There is an incorrect Color IQ saved to my profile and it seems there is no way to delete it.

Can you please add a feature to be able to delete Color IQ results? This is super frustrating.

In the meantime, how can I save my shade match to override the incorrect match? I keep getting an error to try again later. Please help.

Hi @tennyanoush, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
