Clean beauty x4 points not added

why are my x4 points not reflected in the clean beauty purchase I made today? The promo was clearly noted as applied to my basket when I checked out - this is not the first time point have been messed up -  very frustrating

Still not showing x4 point as per promo for clean beauty purchase! With the stores becoming overrun  crowded & low inventory when I do go in store to shop this is such a turn off having been a Sephora shopper for so many years! I am considering checking out alternatives such as direct to the brand sites online or seeing how bluemercury stacks up to get my dollars instead!

@VDON732 if the points don't show up after 48 hours, definitely contact Customer Service to have them assist you.

hi @VDON732  it sometimes can take up to 24-48 hours for the points to show up if it doesn’t by then I would contact support
