Claiming a 1000 point Reward

I placed an order for a 1000 point reward two weeks ago. When it didn't ship or update status from processing, I called Sephora. The girl from customer service said they would expedite. A week later, and NOTHING. I check the fine print on the reward item and it states to contact the Beauty Concierge. I call, and clearly this service is outsourced. My "concierge" knew nothing of makeup or the reward program. Today, I called for the third time and still no help, progress, or update. Unacceptable. VIB Rouge means nothing, and the Concierge Service is a joke.
