Check your points...

I am supposed to have 144 points right now but some spots show only 44 and I am unable to add rewards to my bag. Why is this happening every so often?

@beautybeane I can confirm you have 141 points!  If you are in the US, please try switching to the Sephora Canada side of the app, then back to the US side. This may help refresh your basket. 

To do this, click your name/photo icon near the bottom center of the screen. Scroll down to App Settings, then select Canada. Then, please switch it back to the US. Please let us know if this works for you. Thanks!

Thanks, it did not resolve. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, also tried accessing from my desktop. It appears I may have had a bazzare item in my cart that sold out but it "took" my points. Not sure how else this can resolve.
