Check your bag

Just a warning to Sephora customers to check your bag before you leave the store. I recently visited the Oakville store and didn’t open my bag until the next day. I was short a mascara that I paid for. When I returned to the store with my receipt I was told by the manager they would look into it. A day later I was told that the security footage supported the clerk who “remembered putting the mascara into my bag “. All I know is that on a multiple item purchase I have a hard time believing one item fell out of my bag on the way home. Just disappointed that the store couldn’t replace an 18 dollar item when I spend so much at this store.  Will always check my bag before I leave this store in the future.
