Chat unavailable for the last week

The live chat has been unavailable at any time of the day for about a week straight now. I've noticed a lot of people making posts about it not being available. As well as some MOD's saying you have too activate it? starting to think there is an issue with the website?

My issue isnt pressing and I feel silly calling just to ask a simple question / concern. Hoping someone could give me some guidance?

Sorry for the confusion. You do not have to activate our live chat. If it is showing as unavailable during our business hours, that means that all agents are currently assisting other clients and we recommend checking back later! I will send you a PM to further assist.
