Chat unavailable/Delivery missing item

Hi, I've been trying to chat with customer service about a missing item in my order but it keeps saying unavailable. Anyone know why? 

My online order was delivered to the wrong suite, picked that up not a big deal. And then when i open it, there's an item missing. I've never experienced this before with Sephora.
