Chat support

I just had the worst customer service experience using the chat feature with a representative named Tory. She called me a liar and disconnected from the chat before my issue was resolved. I asked her about my flash shipping and told her I received a shipping notice Friday but the order would not be delivered until today. I told her I wasn’t complaining about the 1 day I was complaining that this always seems to happen with my orders. Tory told me That there is a 48 hour order processing time and if I received my order by this coming Friday then the flash shipping was fulfilled. I kept pointing out the fact that I received my shipping confirmation but she was snorting and rude in her reply. Ten minutes later, Tory lets me know that one of my items was hazardous and that’s why it’s taking longer. If she would have looked at the order in the first place, she could have told me that before upsetting me and I would be perfectly content. Train your reps to do their research and communicate effectively!
