Is chat support still available? Every time I look (even during the designated hours listed), it says chat is unavailable This was so much more convenient than calling.

@Melanie12758 It can take about a minute for the chat to load and if it is still showing as unavailable, that means all agents are with clients. If you like to post your question here, we can offer assistance as well.

Thanks @keelybt! I have tried to submit multiple online - pick up in store orders, and they keep getting cancelled. All it says on the order is 

Canceled

The store was unable to fulfill your order
The products are in stock, and the orders were placed on different days and with different items. I'm trying to get the 100 challenge points (and save time with the online pickup) neither of which I've accomplished.
