Charlotte tilbury flawless foundation trouble

Hi! Lately the cap on this foundation won’t close fully. I even when I try pushing it all the way down, it pops back up and doesn’t click into place. There’s even product being pumped out when this happens.  

Does anyone know how to fix this?
