Charitable Donation

Hello I am a parent of two young baseball players on the LSW Astros travel baseball team on Long Island New York.  We are hosting a huge fundraiser on March 9th to raise  money for them to go to Cooperstown for a tournament.  I was wondering if there was anything that you can donate for us to raffle off at our event.  Thank you for you time and consideration.

To Whom It May Concern,

Hi, how are you?  My name is Nancy and I am employed at Franklin Park Elementary School in Franklin Park NJ.

I am writing to you in hopes of obtaining some type of donation (gift cards, food, products, etc) for our teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week (May 6-10), from your establishment.  

Our PTO is currently unable to assist us as they are currently tapped out of funds.  

We would like our teachers to know how much they are appreciated for all that they do for our students.

Anything that your establishment can donate would be more than greatly appreciated
