Charging $80 for Deluxe Full Face...Why??

Hello, I booked an appointment for a Deluxe: Full Face at my local Sephora (Lynnwood-Washington) and I have my appointment scheduled for Saturday. However I stopped in today to get a giftcard for a friend and confirm my appointment and they informed me there is now an $80 fee associated with the makeover and that does NOT go towards product. I went through the terms and conditions and it states that for Rouge members there is no charge. Why was this changed in the middle of the year and why was I not notified that it was changing since I had an appointment booked. Honestly I’m a little shocked because no other beauty retailer (MAC, Nordstrom, Macys) charges that much! Pleaseclarify and if this truly is a error or mistake the store and management need clarification immediately

What garbage! I noticed this in the DC metro area and there is no way I’ll be paying $80 for a makeover. Sephora is nuts if they think they’re not going to see a decline in sales. I’ve been a rouge for at least four years and out of principle I’ll buy directly from the brand moving forward.

Our Rouge clients will still be able to receive free Deluxe full face makeovers through 1/1/2020 however, this does not include the Premium Full-Face Makeover. I hope that this clarifies and please feel free to send me a PM if you have any further questions or concerns.

No, no more makeovers for Rouge, I’ve been denied ever sincethebeginning of the 2019 year. Major miscommunication going on. TheTerms & Conditions say one thing and store management says another. This is not a positive change whatsoever.

How am I able to book this? The Deluxe is no longer available online?? And the store said there are no exceptions. This is a really complicated and confusing process!
