Charged twice for a 485$ order!!

I'm never ordering from Sephora online ever again. On November 12nd I ordered some products and the total was 485 US Dollars, I payed, the amount was taken away from my account and everything was okay until yesterday (the day my order shipped), when I was charged another 485 US Dollars!! What do I do, I want my money back and I ordered from Peru! A friend of mine is going to receive the order and bring it to me when she travels, please help!!

Call customer service and make a claim with your bank. You’ll get your money back.
