Charged Twice

Hi, 

 

I created an order during the Sephora sale on October 28. 

I tried to check out once using AFTERPAY, at 11:04AM and this order, according to Sephora did not go through. I did not get a confirmation # for this order but AFTERPAY has charged me for it and is continuing to deduct the amount totalling $431.20. 

I tried to check out for a second time at 11:25AM using my VISA and this order did go through. I have the email confirmation from Sephora and I have the charge of $431.20 on my credit card statement as proof.

 

I submitted a claim to AFTERPAY and they rejected my claim because the order is showing as delivered. They also told me to contact Sephora.

 

I have been charged $431.20 via my credit card and I’m also getting charged biweekly by AFTERPAY because the Sephora website’s malfunction. 

Please help me fix this.
