Changing shipping address

Hi! I recently placed an order on August 29, 2022 and it was scheduled to come on September 1st, 2022. I did not receive it on the day it was expected to come and I went to go look at the tracking and I realized I forgot to put my apartment number. Now, on the tracking it says my package is undeliverable. Is there any way I can receive my package or get my money back?
