Changing my birthday

So I don't know if my birthday is on my account but it's September 07 and I didn't know we get a free gift

Hi @Anonymous, I've updated your birthday on your account now. Happy early birthday! Now that this info is corrected, as @Marissa54 said, you should be able to head in to your local store to collect your gift, just give the cashier your registered email address so they can pull up your account.

I recommend you go to your nearest Sephora store and tell them it's your birthday (: . They might ask for proof (i.e your license, birth certificate, etc.) and while you're there, they can update your birthday on your account if it isn't on there, and then you can get your free birthday gift!
