Changing deliver address

Hey there. 
I am wondering if there is a way to either change a shipping address or cancel an order after it has been placed and shipped. I placed an order and it shipped in two packages, the first delivered just fine, but the second was supposed to deliver a day ago, but now says “exemption” because it looks like the shipping address had a typo, and is inaccurate. 

It would be great if I could fix the address and still get my package, but if not, I’d at least like to cancel the order and get a refund.
