Changing checkout country!

I can't figure out how to change the checkout from Canada to US. When I go to the check out page and select "US Checkout", it changes all of the prices to USD. Then when I hit "Checkout" it reverts back to the Canadian checkout and won't let me enter a US address! Does anyone know a way around this glitch?

This is still a problem. In app and on website. I’ve been ordering mostly to my house in US and recently back in Canada for a trip and trying to order… it’s impossible

@kyla888 On the app, you can change the country by selecting your profile and then app settings. On our mobile and desktop site, you should be able to switch at checkout.

This is a major problem - I've abandoned many orders because of the frustration of the website or app defaulting back to Canada when I am trying to shop and ship to my American address.  Clearing cache, private browsing, none of that works. We choose "US" when prompted, and it inevitably defaults back to Canada (based on IP address, I guess?) regardless of our stated preference. 

 

Seriously, I'm abandoning an order right now, and I did last week as well. Please, please pass this on to someone who can figure out why it's happening.

I would suggest clearing your cache and cookies and changing your country location by clicking on the US flag in the bottom left of the screen. If issues persist, give us a call at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672)!
