Changed mind on return

Does anyone know if I have to cancel a return or how to do it if I changed my mind once I started it or can I just not mail the item. My Natasha Denona mini retro palette came with the case broken but after I started the return process I realized that my printer is out of ink and I don't want to go in the post office right now.I think returning it is too much of hassle atm so I decided to just keep it and put up with the broken case.

Hi @Seymore3,

The return process doesn't begin until the label has been printed and scanned by the post office. If you have not done this then you do not have to worry about the label or cancelling. I hope that this helps.
