Change pick-up store

Hello, 

I ordered items from a store that is 1.5 hours away from me because 2/4 my items were out of stock everywhere except that store. And now that my order is ready for pick-up, the store said that those two items were sold out (never available even though it was falsely advertised as available) and I can only pick-up my two other items. 

Since those two other items are also available at the store 5 minutes away from me, I was wondering if I could pick them up there. I can’t cancel the order and re-order because I used a promo code and I would lose it if I re-order.
