Change of email

I recently updated the email associated with my account.

I am still getting emails to the old account, but now in french, and when i click the unsubscribe i get a page error.

Further, I am not getting emails to the address properly associated with my account.

Help is appreciated.

No clue how to send you a private message, but i have turned on private messages (after reading they were turned off on my behalf...silly really).

Hi there, the same thing is happening with me as well. I’m recently getting all my Sephora emails in French. How I do change this to English?
