Change of address

I changed my address before November but now in My recent orders I still see the old one.

How can I change it? I will not be able to receive the box there on my name anymore.

Hi @JollyMacaroni,

You can update your address by logging onto your Sephora account and going to Account Information. On the left hand side, click on Saved Addresses. You can add or update addresses on that page. Click on Set as Default Address on the address that you want your packages to be delivered to. If your address is not updated, please send me a private message for further assistance.

I got on the website through the computer and the address that I was updating back in October is seat as a default (because I did everything like you described). 

I added a few more, because the website does not work well in the phone browser.

The recent order states the old information.
