Change my shipping address after order placed?

I accidentally submitted my order with an old shipping address. I don’t want to cancel the order in fear of losing a promotion. Can I update my address without canceling? Thank you!

My apologies, we are unable to make any modifications to an order once it has been placed, so we can't change the shipping address. We suggest cancelling the order, and you can contact us by phone at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) where a Beauty Advisor will be happy to replace the order to include the promotion.

 

To cancel your order, please click into your order details then scroll down to the cancel button. You would only be able to cancel it within the 1st hour after it's placed. If you need any further assistance please feel free to send me a private message with details. Thank you!

I accidentally indicated wrong billing address during placing my order, this billing address is no longer valid.  Today i corrected my billing address in my account page but my order details still show the old one. As my order status indicates the package has not been shipped yet so i would like to change the billing address for my current order. Please help
