Hi @IMizzyI,

If you're using the Sephora app please follow these steps to change your profile picture: 

In the left side pane, select Profile > in the top right, select Edit Profile > select Info > click on the avatar to change your photo. 

If you're using Sephora on a desktop, select Profile > Edit > then click the avatar to change your photo.
