Change mailing address?

I signed up for informed delivery so I know what mail is going where. Sephora keeps sending mail to my old address. How do I change it so it sends to my current one?

This keeps happening to me and someone at my old address uses all the VIB coupons sent there. I have called customer service and they have confirmed the only address listed on my account for shipping and post mail preferences are my current address, yet all my post mail continues to get delivered to a very old address out of state. Sephora IT needs to look into this.
