Change in Shipper- Reckless Delivery

Oh, Sephora... I used to be madly in love with you. Things have steadily cooled, but after the last 2 orders, I'm 100% out. I can't do business with a company that uses LaserShip. Why the heck did you stop using UPS? They're professional!

 

Incident #1: My $50 Epic Reward

When I got that shipping notificaiton, my heart sank. My experiences with LaserShip via Amazon have led to nearly filing BBB reports. When I came home from work, this box, which included essentially $50 in cash, was sitting ON THE STREET. I have a front "yard" that's got an external gate. The courier couldn't even be bothered to pitch it over the fence.

 

Incident #2: Today's rainy heave

 

I gave Sephora one more shot. I'm home from work, ill. I just heard a THUD and looked out. Sitting in the RAIN was my Sephora box. This courier "at least" threw it over the fence. Did I mention my gate has an EXTERNAL handle? If I'd been at work, my products would be ruined by the time I came home. This courier didn't leave it on the street, but couldn't be bothered to open the gate, walk 3 steps, and throw against the covered front door since obviously this courier was fine with throwing packages. My front door and immediate porch are covered and dry.

 

I'm disgusted by the latest Sephora cost-cutting measure and I'm done doing business with a company that I have a less than 50% chance of getting my packages on my property let alone in ok condition.

 

I won't even get into the missing samples. Sephora, you've gone downhill in so many ways. Look at my order history and the ever-longer time between orders. I'm over it.

Really disheartened that I don't even warrant a response.

 

That tells me all I need to know- my business, after supporting Sephora for its entire US existence, isn't valued enough to even get a platitude.

 

Please do better, Sephora.
