Change Color IQ

Hello, 

I recently got foundation matched at Sephora but I don’t know what my color IQ is. I tried to put it in by guessing and it’s all wrong. How can reset or delete old color IQ history so that I can plug in a scan of my current foundation to get an accurate color IQ?

Hi @keriiiiiibear,

At this time we no longer have the Color IQ number saved to your profile. You will be able to view your specific Color IQ number by plugging in the foundation and brand the Cast Member you were matched with here > https://www.sephora.com/color-iq. After plugging this information in, you will be redirected to a new page where it will enlist all the foundations in your shade + your Colo IQ number. I hope this helps! Thank you.
