Change/ Cancel order

I placed an order via gift card payment about an hour ago and just realized i ordered the Huda beauty Rose gold instead of the Huda beauty desert dusk. I dont understand how this happened as i was sure The desert dusk pallete was in my cart. Can my order be modified as they are the same price and the Desert dusk is still in stock. The order is currently in progress only

@Nietta123 call customer service asap there is a very small window to cancel/modify orders if it is possible

 I did call and they said their system seems to have crashed and i could not complete the call 😞
