Cashier gave my points to another clients account!!

I was in store the other day and purchased $214 worth of product. I waited 24 hrs for my points to show up on my account. They didn’t’t so I contacted customer service. I sent a photo of my receipt and asked why I hadn’t received my points. She tells me that the name on the receipt has s different from my account. She then proceeds to say that she can’t give me my points. I want my points! Sadly I’m not getting anywhere with the customer service department. I’m out a ton of points and am furious! Poor customer quality.

*UPDATE*! Issue was resolved promptly and the worker was very nice about it.
