Cart deleted

Hear me out, I love Sephora and I love the app and it usually works perfect for me. But, a while ago my whole cart got deleted that had up to 50 items which was was whole wish list. I had contacted customer support but they couldn’t help me. I had to ask about 3 people until someone helped me out. Yet, unfortunately they couldn’t restore my cart, instead I got 6 screenshots of every item in my cart. It was just a list, no pictures, just words. Is this happening to anyone else?? It’s really annoying!!

Yes!! Keeps happening to me! And I had like upwards of 99 items lol. Beyond frustrating.

this has only been an issue as of the last couple months, it’s never happened before.

This just happened to me and I'm so mad. 70 things in my cart. Gone. :(((
