Career Support - "Application Failed"

I'm new to posting so sorry if I'm doing something wrong! I didn't know where else to ask my question.

 

I currently work at Sephora, but I am moving soon and have not worked here long enough to request a transfer. I want to continue to work at Sephora so I applied to two jobs at Sephoras in the city I am moving to. I checked my application status immediately after submitting both applications, and it says under status "Application Failed". I'm not sure if this is a technical error or if I put something wrong? I don't see a reason why it would automatically disqualify me. Or maybe it's just a technical issue and my application is still going to be reviewed?

 

Can anyone help please?

@Adam04180119 I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your email address and a screenshot of the error so I can take a look. In your PM, please also let me know if you tried reapplying and if you've cleared your cookies/cache.
