Career Support - Emails

Good afternoon, 

I have submitted my application for the Sale and Service Leader role (0324). I applied the first time 3 weeks ago and it says my application is still under consideration on my portal. I applied again a few days ago just in case there has been an issue but nobody seems to reach out to me. I called the store and I was told I should’ve received an email 2 days ago but I never did. I have checked my spam folders and everything. 

I would greatly appreciate some assistance in solving this matter.
