Career Support - Emails

Hello,

 

I have been offered a position and the managers have made multiple attempts to email me the offer and paperwork. I am not getting any of their emails and do not know if I have access to my Sephora careers account. I have checked all junk and spam, all email settings, and still cannot find it, or if I’m receiving it. Please help!

I went through the exact same thing!! And still have yet to receive my Pay. Please tell me who to reach out to in order to get this handled.

Hi! 
I applied and went through my first stage interview at my local Sephora, which was very much just a short interview, and was told I would get a call in the next few weeks. Just want to make sure I didn’t miss anything as my interview was apparently also not recorded in the same way the others were. Just wanting to speak with someone to put my mind at ease, as I would hate to miss an opportunity as fantastic as this😊

 I had the same issue and tried following up by calling at the store. they asked me to press 2 for business queries and 3 for a beauty advisor. after pressing 2, they asked me to press 3 to talk to a beauty advisor. I don't know what was wrong with the system. may you please help me out?

@Aishhhhhh When calling the store, the correct option to choose to speak with someone is option 3. We would not have additional information on hiring decisions or your store interview and recommend connecting with the store directly.
