Card not working

I keep getting this "Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account."

 

It keeps telling me this. I've called customer service twice but they can't figure out the problem. It definitely isn't my debit card. Any idea why this is happening?? I've tried to place a order 8 times
