Card charged twice?

This is ridiculous I’ve had this happen before but unfortunately here I was charged again twice for my order making my account negative. I was told last time it was how they do the billing and I would receive my money back. However I feel like this is a discrepancy people need to be aware of. It’s like I’m giving a loan without my knowledge. I’ve ordered at least 7 times in the past year without being charged twice. What’s going on? This will be my last purchase and I’ll be sure to make others aware!!!
