Card charged but no order confirmation!

I placed an order on saturday and then another one yesterday. With both of them I got a message saying that my information wasn't correct. I checked and it was CORRECT. I don't know why I'm getting those messages. Also, the orders don't show up in my account but I'm being charged for them. TWICE. In TWO different cards. I tried emailing twice but have gotten no response from anyone. Please help!!
