Cant redeem my birthday gift

Hi! I was checking out with my purchase but i cant seem to successfully do so. I was actually in a store last week but they didnt have any stock so i just purchased without the gift. They told me to just do it online. But i cant seem to do it successfully. September is my birthday month so im worried i might not be able to redeem it as it is the last day of september now. Pls help.  #birthdaygift
