Cannot post review

Everytime I write a review on the app I get an error message once I submit.  Frustrating - is here a fix?

I’ve been having that issue for two years yet people who write incentivized reviews are able to flood reviews. I’m starting to lose trust in sephora

If you're using the desktop browser or mobile browser, please clear your cookies/cache or try switching to another browser, or the Sephora app. If you're using the app, please log out and log back in, and also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please also try switching to the browser or another device if possible.
