Cannot log into website

I am having difficulty logging into the Sephora website. When I enter my log in info and press sign in, the screen simply flashes. I tried clearing my history/cookies. I use Safari but the issue persisted in Chrome. I am still able to log into the app. Is anyone else having a similar issue? I tried calling customer service, but the call would not connect...
